Shipping policy

At OBD Collectibles, we work hard to get every order packed carefully and shipped as quickly as possible.

Most orders ship within 3 business days after the order is placed. Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather delays, holidays, or other carrier-related issues outside of our control.

All orders ship from North Carolina.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

If tracking shows that an order has been delivered, but you are unable to locate it, please check with your household, neighbors, apartment office, mailroom, or local carrier first. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, delivery issues must typically be handled directly with the shipping carrier.

We currently do our best to package every item securely so it arrives safely. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the packaging and product so we can review the issue.
